Gardner Hodges Management was established in January 2020 by husband and husband partnership Joseph and Jay Gardner Hodges.

We represent a distinguished group of Musical Theatre Actors, all of whom have incredibly unique skill sets, and put an emphasis on nurturing the exciting talent within our wonderful industry, supporting and guiding our clients as they progress through their careers.

Joseph and Jay have both enjoyed succesful careers covering every inch of the performing arts industry.

Jay worked as an actor in the UK and Worldwide before moving to the creative side of the industry as a casting director, choreographer and agent.

Joseph worked extensively as an actor in television and theatre ahead of founding his theatrical production company in 2014 and going on to produce, direct and choreograph many award-winning musicals across the UK.

They live by the sea in Birchington, Kent with their Cockapoo (and junior agent), Teddy!
